Terms of Service

Last updated: 11/6/2025

1. Overview

These Terms set the conditions for using our server resources and related services ("Services"). By creating an account, funding it, or using any Service, you accept these Terms and applicable law. If we agree on specific terms with you, those prevail over this document to the extent of any conflict.

2. Key Terms

  • Provider – the operator of the platform providing the Services.
  • User – any natural person or entity using the Services.
  • Service Plan – the parameters and features available under your chosen package.
  • Resources – compute, memory, storage, bandwidth, networking, and related infrastructure.
  • Payment Account – an internal balance used solely to pay for Services.
  • Security Incident – an event that may lead to unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss of information.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

A User may hold only one account. You must be 18+ or have guardian consent to register. You are responsible for securing access to your account and for all activity performed through it.

4. Plans, Billing, and Payments

Paid Services are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle according to the then‑current pricing. You may top up the Payment Account, from which charges for active Services are deducted. Deposited funds are non‑withdrawable and may only be used to pay for Services within the platform.

Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination. We will notify you of arrears and provide a settlement deadline (typically 7 business days). Missing the deadline may lead to irreversible deletion of the Service.

5. Description of Services

We provide access to server infrastructure according to your chosen Service Plan. Offerings may include both paid and free Services, which can differ in capacity, network allocation, databases, and other features. We may upgrade or modify paid Services to improve quality and align with market standards, notifying Users of material changes in advance.

Free Services are offered without guarantees of availability, continuity, performance, or data retention. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue a free Service at any time and may delete data stored there without recovery.

6. Acceptable Use and Responsibilities

You must use the Services lawfully and ethically. You are fully responsible for content you store or distribute and for your actions within the Services, including compliance with licenses for content and software.

  • No attacks, penetration testing, or activities destabilizing infrastructure or other Users.
  • No port scanning, spam, phishing, gambling, or illegal activities.
  • No crypto mining or excessive, sustained resource abuse.
  • No outbound SMTP or traffic tunneling (e.g., VPN/proxy) without prior consent.
  • No storage or distribution of illegal content or content violating licensing terms.
  • Identifiers (names, rDNS, subdomains, descriptions) must not contain offensive or illegal content.

We may limit functionality, suspend, or delete a Service (without restoration) for violations or when justified circumstances require immediate action. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

7. Data Protection and Security

We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to risk to protect data against loss and unauthorized access; however, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. If a breach attributable to us occurs, we will promptly inform affected Users and take steps to mitigate impact.

8. Availability and Support (Paid Services)

Paid Services may be unavailable up to 12 hours per month without prior notice. Downtime caused by external factors (e.g., power, internet backbone issues, DDoS), maintenance, reinstallations, migrations, or planned work is excluded from this limit. We aim to minimize the impact of such work.

Support may be refused in cases of abusive behavior (e.g., vulgar language or lack of courtesy).

9. Complaints and Withdrawal

Complaints related to paid Services may be submitted electronically and should include problem details, occurrence date, contact information, and Service identifiers. We process complaints without undue delay and within 14 days at the latest. Free Services are not subject to complaints.

If you withdraw within 14 days or a complaint is upheld for paid Services, refunds are credited to the Payment Account and may be reduced by costs incurred to provide the Service. Transfers from the Payment Account to a bank account are possible only if none of the paid Services are available to purchase.

10. Changes and Final Provisions

We may amend these Terms to reflect legal or operational changes and will notify Users electronically or via website notice. Users with active, prepaid Services may continue under previous Terms for 30 days from the effective date of changes; continued use thereafter implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

Appeals against decisions may be submitted electronically within 7 days of notification. Disputes will be resolved by the competent court under applicable law. This document is continuously available on our website for review.
